Hello. Your question is about strategy, so u should've posted it on the strategy section.
Bankroll is the amount of money you have to play poker.
Stack is the amount of chips you have when you are playing poker.
Anyways, that was a good question. I used to lose a lot of chips after winning a huge pot. That happens a lot when ur playing the micros. It is very natural to play more hands and play them more aggressively when you have a big stack. But it is always good to remember there is little to none fold equity in those games, they will call you with marginal hands no matter what. Big stack bullying works against thinking players. So after winning a big pot, Don't try to outplay everyone. Wait for good spots, and play low variance poker with your big stack.

Play position. Open your range up a little bit in steal positions and make bets to steal pots if other players are playing passively. However, avoid hero calls or big pushes if you can. You'll be amazed at how often you can pick up pots with C bets if you are in position and have the chip lead, the simple fact that you have a lot of chips earns you a lot of respect, but also be aware that people will shove on you/ try to trap you a lot. Try to pick up little pots and get in with the best of it with the big ones.
I often become the chip leader in the middle and second half of the tournament, but I almost always not the bubble. I pull the time, waiting for the other players will fly. Or I play aggressively - then losing players with marginal hands. I think that all too often depends on luck.
