Is it advisable to call with strong hands (other than AA or KK) against 3 players who went all in?

If the stacks were about the same, then in general, I'd say No. Every additional player in the pot decreases your odds of winning. In addition, ICM in a tournament might recommend you fold. There are some circumstances where you could call like
  1. you have a big stack and the all-in players are short stacks.
  2. Bounty tournament play says you should be calling with a wider range to try and collect the bounties.
  3. If you are short-stacked and in danger of blinding out, you should call, unless you are on the money or final table bubble in a tournament or there are other ICM considerations.

Strict rules for such a scenario:

If tourney, and you aren't ITM yet, only bet into them if:
1) you are not substantially risking your stack, and you are still in range for reward(ticket, etc).
2) you really like taking risks, when you play poker, part of the game for you.
3) see suggestions 1 & 2; when there is a sketchy poker dilemma, you might want to be your own hero, and fold and be a survivor, get them next hand.
