I've been reading the HUD of Harrington's 6 max online cash game book and he cites AF as a good starting stat for your HUD. I looked online for help understanding how to use it and had several sources saying AF takes longer to converge and AFq is more reliable and therefore more useful in general. I play at microstakes so typically my opponents seem to come and go, so would picking the faster converging stat, AFq, be wiser at this point? It seems like AF is more informative after large samples but AFq is quicker and thusly more reliable over shorter periods. Thoughts?
