Hello leogetz79,

The rule is "Deliberately acting out of turn will not be tolerated. A player who checks out of turn may not bet or raise on the next turn to act. A player who has called out of turn may not change his wager to a raise on the next turn to act. An action or verbal declaration out of turn is binding unless the action to that player is subsequently changed by a bet or raise. If there is an intervening call, an action may be ruled binding." That is from Robert's Rules of Poker. You can find them all here: http://www.pokercoach.us/RobsPkrRules11.mht and the page it comes from is here http://www.pokercoach.us/

Good luck to you,
Brian

I recently folded with 2 people to act before me in megastack live event in Dublin because I had to go to use the restroom when I got back to the table the dealer put me on a round penalty had to fold 9 hands as I was giving unfair advantage to opponents that had to act before me.
Each tournament will be different but table etiquette is important.

But hey, at least you got to piss with ample time. The rush pee does not work out for me in these types of situations. Edit: just noticed he gave you the penalty when you got back rather than before you left, that sucks.

If you had just put your cards in front of your stack and got up and went to the bathroom wouldn't the dealer have mucked them for not being in your seat and no penalty accrued?

Yes your right mistake by me just leave cards and go without pushing them out over the line

So simple in hindsight lol:D:D
