1. Know your own, be a realist about who you think you are. (winner/learner)
2. Dont use a big part of your bankroll in only one game, use the minimum as a begginer, so then use the suitable as a winner
3. Don't expect too much about your results, but expect about your studies, profit in game is a consequence.
4. Have good habits about eating, sleeping, physical activity, social relations (family, friends, job...).
5. Don't procrastinate your tasks.
6. Study to know why you lost a hand, a session, a tournament. By the ramdomness or by your own mistake.

7. Be hurry to learn but be patiente about your results.
8. Try to control your feelings by positive afirmations. Be ever calm and happy.

The basic rule is that the more tense/cramps he plays, the more he will not win.

It seems to me that the second clause should be replaced by a better worded one :)
"Always follow a bankroll management system no matter what. This will allow you to always keep the situation under control and not be disappointed by small failures".
