1. Know your own, be a realist about who you think you are. (winner/learner)
2. Dont use a big part of your bankroll in only one game, use the minimum as a begginer, so then use the suitable as a winner
3. Don't expect too much about your results, but expect about your studies, profit in game is a consequence.
4. Have good habits about eating, sleeping, physical activity, social relations (family, friends, job...).
5. Don't procrastinate your tasks.
6. Study to know why you lost a hand, a session, a tournament. By the ramdomness or by your own mistake.

Don‘t let the highs get you too high.
Dont‘ let the lows get you too low.

It‘s only money afterall…or play money even.

The basic rule is that the more tense/cramps he plays, the more he will not win.
You have to enjoy the game and drift on the tide. For me, it has worked best so far. If you struggle with cramp, you will make bad decisions, so simple.
It's almost the same as patience.

Good recommendations.
I would also like to add one point that is also important for beginners.

It seems to me that the second clause should be replaced by a better worded one :)
"Always follow a bankroll management system no matter what. This will allow you to always keep the situation under control and not be disappointed by small failures".

I think that anyone who plays poker must be used to frustrations, because the game is a parallel between joy and disappointment.

I will add, a lot of patience, dedication, observation, notes, and never wanting revenge when I lose a hand.
