Well its definitely good to have a 3bet bluff range, if its cash, consider having it tighter on early position and wider in late position have in mind positions for postflop
This depends on a lot of variables, the villan, the game, the position, your tourney equity, stack depth, etc. But I if I have a lot of hands on the villan I like to look at their fold to 3b stat and if its 80% or more you can 3b with air.
As the above poster said it depends on many factors so without a specific hand history to comment on it's impossible to say whether a 3bet was good or bad. But yes those hands can be used very effectively in your 3bet strategy when the situation is favourable to use them.
If you look at a PFR percentage of 20%, there are a lot of hands so 3 bet. If the villain if raising 3-5% it's not a good idea to 3 bet unless you have a big hand.
If you're going to 3-bet with those cards you had best be willing to C-bet the flop and double-barrel the turn. Those hands are almost pure bluff hands and a 3-bet is going to be large enough that you have to commit to it or get out quick.
