So i am playing in a tourny at casino, i am not in the hand tho, just curious of what you think should of happened to the player exposing his cards before every one had acted in the hand. There are 3 players in the hand, they seem to know each other pretty well. First lady raises like 3 BB, the second player re raises her and his talking and after a few minutes shows a K high flush before third guy acts. After seeing the flush, third guy folds. So the rules of this casino is that exposed cards during a hand is like mucked cards. The guy who exposed his hand said that the playground in Montreal doesn't use that rule and was very upset, was just curious what you have to say about your casino for this action?

Live rules

Most players should know that you are not suppose to show your hand in a tournament the rules should always be firm or you will find the tournies start going under chaos with players trying to get away with more and more stuff everyday so I say they should be firm ona roll like that cause it could be collusion not wanting to take the other person money due to knowing one another

Uh huh ... and the Pope is Protestant and has a bridge for sale on eBay and Donald Trump always tells the truth. Rule or no rule (and I can't imagine there not being such a rule in any casino) common sense dictates that you don't flip over your cards till everyone has acted.

I agree with the strict adherence to the rules. If the player showed his cards to save his buddy from losing more money, he deserved to have the hand mucked and give up any chance at the pot. It is a form of collusion, and that has no place in poker.

This seems against the rules altogether, but if you are the visitor, I think you should suit those rules. Even because you, as far as I understand, are getting to know this place now.

In my experience, the hand is live and the player receives a panalty after the hand.
