I've followed Matthew Staples on Twitch for the better part of 5 years now, since I started watching Twitch (I met his brother, Jamie, at a
pokerstars event in Toronto - real good guy, and also someone to watch). Anyhow, Matt's story is very interesting, in that he started out as a micro MTT grinder, and built up his
bankroll, AND his game slowly, over time. Now he's playing big MTT's and is doing very well for himself.
Of course, Evan Jarvis (Gripsed) is a must watch. His channel doesn't have the same large viewer audience that many other streamers do, like Lex Veldhuis, Allinpav, Jamie Staples, Jeff Gross, Kevin Martin, or Innerpsy (Mikhail Shalamov) for those who speak Russian here, as there are many of you who do. However, it's an amazing community of loyal viewers and grinders and he interacts with us, and because it's a small, intimate community, I can promise that he will respond to any questions you have, or any discussions that you may want to have.
It's time well worth investing if you are interested in improving your game and want to interact with others as well. He also hosts homegames on ACR (the primary rooms he plays on are ACR and Rounders Casino).
