Awesome, thanks for sharing! The man responsible for the poker boom. Always seemed like a nice guy and very humble.

Chris has lived the dream for 15 years, amazing when fate and reality strike, its breathtaking. Just amazing turn of events 15 years ago and to think I didnt even know what poker was then and totally missed out on the glory years,

Wow hard to imaging it was 15 years ago!?! Time flies. Have always liked Chris. My co-host and I interviewed him last year for our radio show. He was an awesome interview! Down to earth guy and funny as hell. Real dry sense of humor!

He made poker part of the mainstream. His play and his story helped to make poker acceptable.

It's hard to believe but it was 15 years ago that Chris Moneymaker made a monumental mark on the poker world winning the 2003 WSOP Main Event. Check out the free 30 for 30 podcast linked in the article.

Wow, 15 years already. I was from that generation of new born poker players who began to show interest in poker back in 2003-ish. I watched Chris's road to glory. He seems like such a stand-up guy. Will definitely check the podcast out. Thanks for sharing!
