Hold'Em Manager 15 Day Trial

So, I've decided to try Hold'Em manager. I downloaded where it says Download The 15 Day Free Trial. 10 minutes later, I go to launch the program, and it's asking for a license code. It's not giving me an option for the 15 days.

So my questions are:

1) Is there something I'm missing as to how to get a trial code from HEM?

2)If I have downloaded this in the past, would the previous attempt negate my current attempt for a free trial?


I've never actually played with HEM, but may have done a download at one point. How can I clear this so can actually try it for 15 days?

I thought that as well, but didn't see it on their website. I have, of course, emailed them. Still awaiting a reply.

I always find it interesting how most websites don't provide customer service phone numbers. Yet every where you go, people have a cellphone glued to their ear, yapping about what soup they see on the shelf at Walmart. Somehow, technology has degraded while evolving.

The sales dept. got back to me this afternoon, so that's cool.

FYI for anyone with the same issue...

They assigned me a new trial key code. So I'll give that a whirl.

I may have downloaded it once before, but never even played a hand using it. That must've been enough to make me a past trial member.
