it means very little in the context of what you are saying. In those loose turbo games you are forced to shove a lot late, which skews your overall stats.
So you could actually be playing a little tight in alot of spots it's basically really hard to tell. A better view would be to split your stats up in terms of numbers of bb's. so over 50, 20-50, under 15bb to see how much looser you are playing in those situations.
Also, very generally speaking of course your vpip should be relatively close to your PFR. If there is a big split it means you are calling or limping alot more than you should be. Your split isn't horrible, but it's verging on being pretty bad, so you are probably calling/limping and leaking in spots where you should just be folding or 3bet shoving.
