I had Q-Q and opponent 5-5. Opponent call all in. And Cards are 3-A-4-8-5
This is very annoying and frustrating.

Almost the same thing happened to me today, but I lost in a KK vs 55. Fortunately I was playing very well until that moment and I had a bigger stack than the other player, so I was still alive in the tournament, even though I was short enough to be in a jam or fold situation. It was very frustrating, but I managed to avoid tilting by remembering a few hands I had played really well in that tournament, so I managed to pick a few spots to steal blinds and later I doubled up and got ITM.

This kind of thing happens from time to time, and sometimes you will be the underdog to get lucky. Just try to keep calm and control the tilt and you will be fine as long as you're playing a solid poker.

Dont let this result bother you. 4 out of 5 times you are in this situation you will win. Overall this situation makes you a winner. We all can understand your frustration but when this happens to you just remember the times you got lucky against someone who had the bigger pair. That's poker.

Same thing for me today. I am QQ and call All-in from 77.

After Flop I have 95% of the equity... Turn 7.... River 7 :(

Much pain to lose this way I know.

I broke a multi-party all in with 55 this way just earlier today. Other hands were QQ, couple Axs, some trash suited, and another high pair like TT. Then my KK were cracked by a running flush vs AJo. Go figure.

You lost to a set, not a pair.

In NLHE, it's the best 5 cards that wins, not who has the better hand preflop.

If there is an opportunity on a stack,it is better to throw off a pocket pair, even the senior! I'm out of tournaments 70% lose because of them!

Well, it is necessary to look at the opponents at the table, a single solution to all cases in poker can not be

this is poker, if you do not know how to deal with Bads, you will not go very far in this world. It is not written anywhere that AA gains from KK, and AKs, gains from 7.2 what exists is probativeness, percentage, if you understand this, little matter the sistantane results

It's not simple at all. Sometimes depending on where you are in a tourney, you will be folding premium pairs and connectors if you want to to maximize your winnings. Sometimes you will be shoving with ace rags and low pairs for a chance to keep going forward. Beyond this, it comes down to how familiar you are with your poker room's variance.

Better lose to a pair than to lose to air.

You can't let it get to you. Learn from it and use that knowledge later
