he had about a third of
i folded but then went out as went completely card dead, was wondering if i missed my chance.

Iwould have call to see in i caonnect the set, if you do not connect the set you can retire, you alwas have to be carful with the raise from utg.

Well, if UTG open shoved on my SB with a pair of 4’s
I personally would have to let them go, all the other players still had not made their decisions yet, and even if everyone else folded, my lonely pair of 4’s are not that much more than a 50x toss-up against any face cards, and a huge dog on any mid pair larger than my 4's.

Fold, it's a flip at best, I don't think UTG is shoving 22 or 33 with 22BB.

FloatTheTurn push fold chart gives a calling range for an UTG shove of 20bb effective, from the small blind of TT+, AQo+ and AQs+. Your opponent is shoving bigger than that so this is an easy fold. With 66bb you have a healthy enough stack to look for better spots

It's almost a flip but i usually will fold 44 but call with AK or AQ
