Completely player dependent in this spot. I agree with the previous statement - given your stack size a call is practically never profitable here - you either put it all in or just fold and move on. Most UTG ranges from good players are going to consist of hands that dominate you and you're going to be trying to get lucky to win the pot.
If you know little to nothing about your opponents I would fold just given the action - if you've played with them for a good bit and seen them calling/raising with marginal hands - then jam, lots of dead money in the pot and if they are that LAG anyhow, you may be well ahead of them to start with.
Again - its a judgment call kind of situation - you either push, or fold.
