When you build a big stack early in a tournament and it has a looong late registration, do you continue to play the same staarting hands or do you open your range??
Your main goal, as the owner of a large stack, should be to attack opponents whose options in the fight against you are limited. If a player with an impressive stack is seated at your table, you should not get involved in a “fight” with him, as this can lead to the most sad consequences. A bank with the participation of owners of large stacks can quickly reach huge sizes. The player who can cause serious damage to your "empire", obviously should not be the first in the list of potential objects of your pressure, pressure and possible bluffs.Despite all of the above, you should not avoid confrontation with other large stacks at all costs, because your opponents will quickly understand this and begin to put pressure on you. To fight back, better wait for situations in which you have good hands.Pay attention to situations when short stacks are in the blinds. Regardless of your cards, raising often allows you to pick up a pot already preflop. The choice of owners of short stacks is very limited - as a rule, they hope to get a strong hand with which you can go all-in and double. Needless to say, most often this does not happen, which means you can take advantage of this situation. When you build a big stack early in a tournament and it has a looong late registration, do you continue to play the same staarting hands or do you open your range??

Thank U 4 Posting
What is your normal range?
What would you want to add to that?
Example
Normal AK-A10 A5 Adjusted All Ax
Would this not put you in more spots with kicker trouble?
Do we want to use our chips that way?
With a big stack we want to use opportunities to force our villains to fold or we can slow play or trap more as suck outs mean so little.
When using pressure to get folds our hands do not matter.
We are looking for V's that will fold to protect their stack. If a fit or fold player raises and we can 3 bet isolate in position we do so without looking at our cards.
If 4 bet easy fold if called we barrel flop to get that 60% of the time fold.
We also can call weak loose players in position and try to hit something big.
So we may play all Ax Kx some Qx suited in multiway pots.
Hope this helps
