Depends on a few things really. If you are down to 2-4 BB, and close to the blinds, (or maybe not) then ATC, IMO. If you still have 10 it depends on position, how many players left, and table dynamics. When u r SS the chance is not small that u r gonna get called, so its obviously better to have at least a decent hand, but u dont always have a choice. For me its fold or push at 10 BB on down, but, like I said, it depends on position. If the table is still 7-9 players, and u r on the button, you can wait - but I tend to push any decent hand at this point - If you have 15 BB, ur a bit better, it still depends on points mentioned above. My play differs greatly regardless of my stack (unless 6-7 BB down) depending on how many players still on the table and position, position being my biggest factor in deciding what to do. The more players, the bigger the luxury of rounds between the blinds.if your on BB every 4 hands, it is a big difference to being on the blinds every 10 hands.
Having spewed off all this "great advice" I should mention that I play small stake tables, and I think that has a lot to do with my way of playing. If u play larger buy-ins, you may do well to ignore me.......
