I agree with other commenters that putting one third of your stack in preflop is a bad idea (with the possible exception of a stop and go play, where you go all in on the flop, no matter what cards come). Either raise a normal size or go all in.
I'd generally be calling here because you have a good pair and you already have a large chunk of your chips committed. However, things could change if you know your opponent's tendencies. If he is never (or rarely) going all in on the flop without top pair (queens, in this case) or better, you should fold.
