Good value MTTs on Fridays 7-9 pm GMT+1

Hi all.

I was wondering, as sometimes I have more time to play poker on friday nights, what are some good value MTT's that i could play that are around 7pm ish GMT+1 (1pm east coast NA, 10am west coast NA)

I play on stars and carbon but other site suggestions are also welcome. I also don't like to play re-buys (if there are some good threads on re-buys that would be great :p) and my max buy-in is $11.

So basically 13:00 > 15:00(est)? (I don't live in EST time zone but I find it easier to relate to that time as it seems to be what some of the pokersites are set at (ie. Stars, FTP.. for simplicity sake I can suggest a few around that time (est)).
