I don't think that you can.
In Equilab go to the Help Menu and select 'Syntax, documentation and tips
' (first item in my copy.) This shows all of the inputs allowed.
I'm not an expert, by any means, but the only way I can see to do what you want is to open the hand selector and either drag the selector slider (below the matrix) until your lowest hand is highlighted then unslelect any unwanted hands, or hold down the mouse button while you move it over the hands that you want. Maybe someone else might know a better way.
