Opinions on the Squeeze play

In which street and situation is the squeeze more efficient? Give your opinion!

The squeeze play is most effective pre flop when you have someone opening pots with a wide range and a player behind calling or 3betting loose. I like to squeeze hands in this type of situation when I'm out of position with hands that don't flop well.

Preflop, agains someone with a wide opening range and 1 or more callers.
Usually I do this when I'm in the small blind during a spin and go, and because of the small stack sizes it becomes an all in quite fast, which gets a ton of folds.
