Okay, so I'm in mid position in my first CC freeroll, and the person on the button min-raises to 120 (this is a freeroll- 92 remain, and average stack is about 2k, and I have 2.4k). That player has 6 or 7k chips. I have QQ, and I was like, "I'm not going to re-raise this time, let's see the flop." I'm the only one who calls, and I'm guessing maybe he has a pocket pair of some sort (IE 88, 99 maybe). Flop comes QK7, all different suits. I think okay, I'm going to slow play, and I check, and he checks. By then, there is 330 in the pot, and the turn comes; it's an Ace (2 clubs on the board now). I fire out 165 chips, and he raises, and I re-raise, etc. and then I'm all-in. He turns over pocket Aces.
Should I have re-raised pre-flop? Or bet more after the flop? It seems like I maybe should have fired after the flop more (maybe go all in?).
Also, I have another question:
After a flop where other people have checked, and I think it's possible I could raise and win the pot, I like to bet half the pot or the whole pot. However, I don't know what to do when someone calls. In the game, I raised 4xBB thinking I could bluff, but someone called. Is it good that I just check after the turn? (every time that happened, I got read perfectly and they bet after the river or turn, since I just checked after they called...)
