i wanted to say reg speed helped me a lot
but i also learn more on hyper w/ those push fold charts
even spin & go which many people hate
i learn more about short handed FT situations there
so its kinda hard to single out only 1 format
I absolutly agree with your opinion. I also learned a lot by playing hyper formats and spin&go for FT situations or late stage in SNG.
So if you need to improve your HU ability and your game at late stage, it is really worth to try these formats.
I think, the normal speed is very good for analyzing other peoples style of play,
as it gives you more time for doing so. And as the SNGs are also a kind of small tourneys, that don't consume so much time, I think it is also a good format to do some training for the larger MTTs.
