A few of you have touched them the unpleasant experience of being a winner in a poker hand and get to the river, to see how the variance to miss theirs, as committed more than half of your chips or worse all this for many players can produce a mental imbalance, or as we call in the jargon of poker derangement, I say this from experience is not easy to combat this human attitude, you have to settle down, and think with a cool head to avoid self-destructive tendencies that we have many players at the tables.
Every time this happens to me I think the best way to counteract these feelings of frustration and discontent to see how the poker gods, or rather the (variance) has punished me in my game. I take an attitude of serenity and reviewed in detail the way I play that particular hand, what was my mistake. Or I played well and Avia nothing to do was simply fated to lose.
Les'm honest is not easy to take this attitude must do our part to mature with respect to poker and always keep in mind that this game is partly of skill and a great randomness not always going to win as a phrase of one of the best poker players like Amarillo Slim is said:
"Nobody ever wins, and whoever says that always wins is either a liar or does not play poker."
So let's stick to good friends attitudes, we are disciplined, we avoid insulting our opponents when they play a hand wrong, because long term if we play well we will see good results and short-term variance reign.

I'm never nervous about losing poker. More than $ 3 buy-in tournaments, I try not to play. With high-stakes or when not faced and it is unlikely I will play the big bets. My position does not allow. In poker, a lot of chance plays a role. There are players behave inappropriately at the table. Scolded if their beat.

re: Poker & Bad Beat
In 1 of 4 hands you can get bad beats, but sometimes you give bad beats in your villain, so maybe you can think othet way.

You are quite right friend "RicardoInciarte" in these tournaments we will always be prone to the bad beat.
So serenity and discipline will be our best allies.

Lost a JJJ99 House
Hit my House on the River, only to have someone who had been calling on a high Flush draw to hit a K-9 Straight Flush (busting me out, having gone All-In with pocket JJ with J on the Flop). And naturally he was the only person on the table who had me covered.
Clearly not my day.

Correct! I may add that it hels a LOT if you play the stakes you CAN afford. Then the frustration is a lotuwa less painful - it is just learning with unavoidable cost.
I have learned that if you cant afford those stakes, you do not play em!

It is very true that to not feel so frustrated every time we get a bad rap in a hand of poker we play within our range Bankroll.
In order to counteract the variance-high porsentaje.
