thepokerbank.com and the guides here on cardschat are definitely the best place to learn. As for videos, look up Rounder Poker University on YouTube. It's a guy who does a lot of strategy guides and records and discusses his thought process while he plays, which is great for learning how to think like a winning player

any good book?

My top recommendation for a newbie book is Phil Gordon's "Little Green Book". It's an easy read with simple to apply concepts and good general mix of poker concepts. After that I recommend Harrington on Hold-em series.

I recommend harrington on holdem series , Raisers Edge by Elky , Oweins Poker math and Lee nelsons Kill Everyone
as they deal with mostly effective strategys and trends that changed from time to time in poker

Can someone advise me a book with detailed examples from actual play? I would be very appreciated.

I like this one Elements of Poker by Tommy Angelo (2007) — This is one of the most “think outside the box” poker books ever written. Angelo, a well-respected pro player and coach examines poker from many different perspectives, including a total of 144 angles. His key concept is something called “reciprocality,” which means success comes from doing something different from what’s normal (or expected). In addition to containing lots of ideas you’ve probably never thought about before.

A lot of interesting resources could be found here in Cardchat. Pokerstars's Pokerschool is a great place to start with many examples, video and some free tickets to play for real
