I used to think that flopped nut straight would always have highest equity when all in on the flop.

But it is not always the case when equity is diluted by flush+higher straight draw which has robust equity multi-way

Example:

Board: T86

Hand |Pot equity
9s7s|32.23%
QhJh|33.22%
TcTd|34.55%

Do you have some examples in your mind that has non-intuitive results?

I think short deck Hold Em has even more examples where you could make the nuts heads up on the flop but still have worse equity than your opponent. Always worth considering what cards could improve your opponent's hand on later streets.
