Being aggressive on a tight table around the bubble is generally a good idea, if several players have the same idea though and you have a decent chip stack then tightening up might be better, it depends on lots of factors though.

I would only go aggressive if I was the chip leader on the table and had everyone else covered.......all the other players would want to maintain minimum loss of chips until the bubble breaks.
Also, If u do get someone showing more aggression than you are on a table, it could be a smarter move to give in sometimes or else risk losing a chunk
