Middle part of the tournament.
You have 15-20BB

You sid on the Button.

And why is it never the other way around, so that when I have AA, all fold.
you will push or raise more often?
p.s. Why when you put an all-in on the button, then a dude equal to or greater than you on the BB and he has KK or AA ... Starszzz what happens, I notice it very often?

Why would you even think of going all-in? Make a standard 3BB raise, see the flop, see what vilian does and then decide.

standard 2.5-3x open with the intention of calling off a 3bet jam, unless villain is super nitty.

It's fine to shove low pocket pairs here and raise small with high pocket pairs.

Your full raising range in this spot should be polarized, meaning it contains strong hands you're planning to call if your opponent shoves (such as JJ), and weaker hands you'll fold (like K8o).

depends on the stack of players on blinds, if they are short you may shove, otherwise raise is fine
