Ways to deposit money in middle east

Poker in the middle east is not so popular, so there are not many ways to deposit or withdraw money. Also you can t deposit with you CC, The best way was neteller ( but neteller has stop sending Net+ , thé card to withdraw money) . There are some local banks that can give you a visa card to use online ( but it limits you with1000 $ Per year ) . So, you will have to make a CC for online use and deposit in neteller then deposit in the site you play in . Same thing for withdraw ( withdraw can take to 15 open days ). But , this is still the most used way to deposit or withdraw in my country :/ .
