Points exchange like neteller?

I always used neteller or moneybookers as my deposit options, moneybookers now I don't use anymore because of their low limit. Neteller is now offering a good promo that you can exchange points that you win according of your transfers for money or something else. I was wonder if any other e-wallet offers something like that? Cause I'm looking for an alternative e-wallet to use. Thanks.
