credit card verification

do all of the major sites require credit card verification before u can cash out?

I've cashed out on poker stars, I didn't have to do anything. They send the checks right to me.

is there a charge for cashing out by check or are they usually free?

On Poker Stars it's free. I'm pretty sure Full Tilt is too. As for the rest, I have no clue.

Some sites charge a fee - at UB I had to pay $8 and Carbon wants $25.

Yeah I know bodog I had to do the verification form. Kind of annoying because I had to fax it a few times because the copy was bad. Eventually got it done and cashed out. They usually give 1 check per month free rest there's a fee.

i heard that FT definately charges for a check.

but as for pokerstars i know they didn't charge me anything to cash out there
