Does anyone know about what the deal is with Click2Pay for US residents, specifically how it works for Full Tilt users?
Although I'm sure many many people in my position use C2P, it seems weird that you can only create an account via Full Tilt's software. Even if it's technically possible, C2P explicitly says they do not permit account for non-US residents. It seems like this could cause problems down the road with C2P (not necessarily Full Tilt) when I try to get my money from them.
From what I can tell there aren't any other cashout methods at FTP that do not incur a service fee, no? Again, I'm live in the States so neteller, ClickandBuy, etc., will not allow me to have an account, and credit cards will not work either.
(Btw, sorry if this is a questions that's already been addressed. Forgive me -- I'm a newbie.) :embarasse
