The others fold until the button (calling station player) who calls. SB (maniac player, plays 9 hands out of 10) calls and BB calls too.
Pot nearly 4700 (with ante)
Flop: 2s 5h 8s
SB and BB check
I c-bet to 2500
I bet 5700
I decide to bet again to 9350
SB raises all in for 32000
I tank nearly one minute and call
SB shows A2 off and wins the pot.
I figure it would be easier to go each street here.
Preflop is good. Around 3 times the BB for the standard raise. Doubt it would change anything from SB even if you did raise more.
After Flop: There are 4 players in the pot (including yourself). With that board I want to isolate 1 if possible, so the bet was correct imo but I would have made it more. Possibly around 4000. But.....
Turn: you accomplished your goal here anyway to isolate. Nothing really wrong as you get heads up. Maybe the betting size like previously.
River: Like others said before I check as well, and it may be a check/fold. Remember this guy is a maniac not passive player (otherwise the bet I can understand). After the bet, which probably will be coming, you will have to decide if you think its a bluff or not. If my math is correct, the pot is 23,600 before your river bet.
I hope this helps.
