$Freeroll NLHE MTT: QQ against big LP open

Blinds are 200/400/20
Hero has QQ in the BB with a stack of 22,400 (56 BB).
Villain has around 60 BB and opens from CO to 2400 (6 BB), no real reads as I fairly new to table.
Action folds to hero.

Obviously I'm too strong to ever consider folding, but I feel that I'm ahead of his range because players at these stakes tend to do this with big aces and pairs, but his original raise is so big that my 3-bet would have to be for at least 11-12 BB if not 18-20 BB and I'd have to 3-bet with the intention of calling a shove.

If he shoves, I feel I'm probably still ahead, but there's a big chance that I'm flipping and I don't know if I should feel comfortable with creating a >100 BB flip in this spot.

TL;DR 3-bet or call and why?

3-bet and fist-pump call if he shoves. QQ destroys his opening range, and is still ahead of his 4-bet shove range.

Tough spot here. I would 3bet to 6,999 and call it off if your opponent shoves. As long as villain 4bet shoves JJ+, AK+ (or wider), we can 3B/call profitably here.

Based on villain stack and his range,I suggest 3bet and call if he shove..

easy 3bet, QQ is very strong hand for freeroll and we need to play on whole stack...
