So some Info on villain and the reason I played this hand In this exact manner.

I realize we don't have "Many hands to go by" so take from It what you can:) .

Villain was one of those "Passive Stations", and yet wouldn't bet flop (Seriously like ever). Yet would also Fold "very high percentage of the time on the "flop". So the question than becomes how do you get a very "Passive Fish" to stack of? It than hit me, that had I Cbet to "Build Pot" on the flop they fold, so I figure'd I can check and on the of chance they actually do have the K, I can get of cheap at the same time (By paying of a value bet on the flop) and folding to "Turn aggression". Yet this "Player" had a different side to them "They had a 40%" turn bet when "Checked to on the flop"+A 100% river bet (Over that small sample size). This than leads to the question. Do you call that river bet or do you fold?

I realized the 3bet was on the "Smaller side" and before you all go on me about It:p . I actually did It for a reason, the player on my "Left" was calling everything and anything. I wouldn't have minded If they "3bet everything and any thing" but It's a different thing all-together when they only "Call" and than "Donk flop" and the other "Player" also calls that "Donk". Than I become "Lost and confused"

had you seen them overbet previously?

personally i'd probably just let it go to the overbet on the turn and wait for a better spots to take their chips

Yeah they took the same line already numerous times, yet everyone always folded to them

3bet bigger pre, this guy is running 48/7 therefore his opening range is going to be tight here and his r/f range almost nonexistent.

Bet flop to take control here and give you an idea of where you're at in the hand. I'm guessing you would be barreling this flop with your AK/AA and villain will call once with worse hands on this flop.

As played I am snap folding this river. As said before, his range should be pretty strong here, and a 48/7 player isn't the type to run a pure bluff here on a board that hits your range pretty hard. I would guess villain has AK here most of the time. The river decision greatly comes down to the fact that your opponent raised preflop.
