I would bet here over check. You're against 2 players. But only you know what type of players you were against, were they calling a lot, tight, aggressive...

it was hu on the flop i decide to bet the turn at the time.

3bet all in preflop he seems kinda tight, but he's stealing at 50% which is more than enough info to suggest he will raise/fold here often. You are last in chips by a decent margain, no real ICM concerns, pretty easy jam over preflop and move onto the next hand/tournament.

as played yes, bet the turn for value, if he has the flush you are going broke. but make it a small bet, the only real thing you will get value from here is a flush draw or 8x, so betting small allows both to call, and it also allows him to do something stupid like check/riase as a semi bluff if he sniffs that you are weak. most of the time you will get folds here, but you pretty much have to bet as you will lose value from all of his D flush draws if you don't.
