You could have jammed the turn when he minraised you, he's never ever folding when he does that

given the low pfr I think you're right to weight him towards 2pr / set when he raises that turn tho. That's a hard fold to make otr, but I can't see him take this line with anything you beat. gross

Should raise at least 3/4 on the turn.
