Fine with this. The problem is that the 4-bettor should never be folding - he didn't quite make it to 33% of his stack, so I guess mathematically he can still fold, but we all know he's not folding.

So, the big advantage to AK is fold equity right - Poker 101, which we have 0% of here. However, we have 50BB ourselves, we're suited (top 16 combo's) here and we have excellent blockers to AA, KK, and AK.

I can't see a way out of this one - we're probably going to have to catch, or fade something stupid, but whatever...

Side note - right now I feel confident in saying the button is a horrible player. Name one hand, one hand, he should flat the 5-bet with? And with the SB never folding no less. Plus, his big stack early on is generally indicative of good play right? :)

So, I'm guessing we both have to catch and fade something stupid... :)

So you're potentially risking almost all your stack to flip? Easy fold for me

This is a tourney man.... and we're top 16 here; yes, I'll risk my stack on "potentially" a flip. And Potentially is a pretty big word there.

Main Event, 25 off the money bubble, maybe I fold...maybe....

The cold 4-bet to that size looks pretty darn strong.

I think having only 2.5 bb invested and 52 behind I'd consider folding. Yes there's reason to think the button might be 3-betting light but no real reason for SB to cold 4-bet light vs an ep/mp open and this 3-bet.

With reads I'm happy to jam, without them I'd rather fold AK for anything more than say 35 BB

Hope you got there if you were up against it!
