Hero (UTG): 74.55 BB

7 players post ante of 0.15 BB, SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 2.55 BB) Hero has Kd Kh
Hero raises to 2.2 BB, UTG+1 calls 2.2 BB, fold, fold, BTN calls 2.2 BB, fold, fold

Flop : (9.15 BB, 3 players) 5c 6d 7h
Hero bets 6.1 BB, fold, BTN calls 6.1 BB

Turn : (21.35 BB, 2 players) 7s
Hero bets 14.25 BB, BTN raises to 28.5 BB, fold

BTN wins 49.85 BB

This was the 4th hand in a 45 player S&G. It's a connected board to begin with, and he insta-raised on the turn. I've no idea if I should be folding this, hands like 78s or A7s are easily in his range, but am I giving him too much credit? Thanks.

After folopa generally should be put a big pot if you give him to watch the turn and river could all end badly in the end he reached the card.

You wouldn't have put yourself in that spot had you raised more pre-flop.

Definitely opening at least 3x preflop at this stack depth and possibly 4x if you're at a really fishy table.

Flop bet is fine. Turn is a check, we aren't really getting value from much when we bet the turn. Easy fold to the re-raise.
