Would call 4.11 and save 19.5 big blinds for another hand the reraise on a paired board is a bad move as many house combinations are in the small blinds range or even poker and a J9 straight or a flush is also on the board.
Your rarely up against a bluff here and after river raise you are pricing yourself in to calling and hoping for a chop pot which it will be a lot of the time.

I agree with vuk011. You shouldn't open A9o even on 8max table.

On the river I like your re-raise because you have here really strong hand. There aren't strongest straights, but him all-in is suspicious, maybe pot chop but on the board is full and it is early phase of tournament. But it is difficult spot, tough decision, really and that's why we don't want to open with marginal hands.

Maybe runner runner flash? Remember, on the river blefs are such rare.

Very few people re-raise as a bluff on the river here. If the villain is a normal player that can't overvalue his hand in a very bad way it is a clear fold.

(And of course fold pre-flop.)
