how did i play this hand? need opinions.

the villain here had just sat down and only played about 10 hands. villain looked tight from the sample. im not sure if i should be playing this hand differently, i thought i could only really put him on a club draw and didnt want to give him potentially 2 cheap cards.
please give me your thoughts.

I've been playing mostly Rush Poker on FullTilt lately, so it is playing without reads. If I get to much resistance while I only have top pair and no draw, then I'm folding or at least slowing down.

I hear there's a forum just for this sort of thing.

Without reads it's tough but I don't hate this, just sucks he has the 4. Re-raise on that flop is almost always a bluff. OOP so I don't like calling the raise, meh shove it in, hope he has 1010 and wants to call.

I thought it was played alright, since he was new to the table and possiably tight, you really couldnt get a definite read on the guy
