I ended up folding. Some say good fold, some said horrible. Here is the reason why i folded.
I put UTG+1 on JJ+, AQo+, AKs
I put MP2 on 99+, ATs+, JQo+, broadway.

Had horrible feeling about UTG+1 who showed strong aggression from early position while having a nit stats even though it was only 15-20 hands. Felt that I rather get my money in in better spot than this. I was instinctly correct but just don't want to be result-oriented. J

Here's the full result

even with those ranges I think you're supposed to get it all in:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 25.839% 24.57% 01.26% 3387340272 174367616.00 { 99+, ATs+, QJo }
Hand 1: 38.180% 36.69% 01.49% 5057656212 205180190.00 { JJ+, AKs, AQo+ }
Hand 2: 35.981% 34.79% 01.19% 4795276584 164481350.00 { QQ }

With 36% equity using those ranges and $5.19 into a $14.10 pot if shoving makes it pretty much break even EV-wise ($5.19 of $14.10 pot is 37%).

It's tricky to assign a proper range to UTG+1 because of the limited number of hands and the fact that it's Rush and we don't know his betting patterns. This would be a good time to make a note that UTG+1 opened 5xBB with KK in this spot, then keep an eye on his future opening sizes and see if he's opening larger with huge hands consistently and from what positions.

I think going into this hand we are thinking shove or fold is going to be fairly neutral EV-wise, so it kind of depends on how much variance we are willing to accept whether to shove or fold.
