You should have folded the turn. Also check flop, or bet/check/bet. When he checks, he most likely either has a monster or JJ-QQ/weak Kx that is not paying off 3 barrels but is willing to look you up if you bet/check/bet or check/bet/bet. Prefer bet/check/bet on this board texture though.
TPTK is almost never good for more than 100bb, and even for 100bb, this still might be a fold. This is actually a really strong line as the PFR, and in general. Check/call, check-raise is a very strong line, especially as the 3-bettor. Pretty unconventional line, but he pretty much always has AA/KK/an 8 here. Very unlikely Villain is spazzing with a lone king here, especially 200bb+ deep.
Being tight is not really related to whether or not you should make this fold. Just fold when you think you are beat. We have strong hand strength, TPTK, but we have weak relative hand strength when Villain looks like he wants to GII here.
