I think you played it ok preflop. Personally I think your raise was a bit small (maybe about $75-$85 to protect your hand more). As for the flop play......The only play worse than that one would be leading out with a fold. lol. Just kidding. However, I do agree with some of the other posts that moving in was a bad decision with such a dry flop. The only hands that can call your shove are very big hands like AQ, KK, AA, another set, and maybe KQ. Because of this, Villain 1 is going to fold to your all in over 90% of the time. This time you were VERY fortunate that the villain had one of the few hands that will call. You are so strong here that you can allow him to see the turn cheaply or even for free because you do not fear any turn card. I think betting 1/2 the pot here is fine, but I think checking behind would be the best move. Checking behind might induce him to take a stab at the pot with a hand like 66-JJ, AK, or AJ (most of these would never call an all in).
