The turn raise should be setting off all sorts of alarm bells and this is the point to sit on your hands and look at the cards on the table to try and see what you are up against. It is too simple and expensive to click it back all in....What are you beating other than AQ. And would that hand raise here, not very often.
The first thing is that there is no flush so look to see what straights are possible. 78 and KJ both made it on the turn.
Are they plausible calling hands from the button...Yes.
Can this villain have a set..yes 6's or 9's both are perfectly decent calling hands. You can't rule out Q9 either.
Now remind yourself you are beating very little and at this point say to yourself .......
Don't go broke with one pair.....repeat and repeat again then avoid an expensive mistake and fold.
We are against an unknown here which doesn't help but in similar circumstances if your villain is in any way passive and raised you postflop then he is giving you notice....

The turn raise is too strong that you can hardly can. He may have at least 2pairs or even above. So... just fold.

I would say the turn is a scare card.

When he raised, should be an alarm for us to somehow evaluate our hand.

With a board like that and reraise on the turn,i would say it should be a fold. You should learn to read the board and avoid same mistake in the future.
