1) Isolate the fish unless he doesn't fold to cbets well. Raise pre.

2) Your raise size is way small. A pot-sized raise on the flop is $2.22 if my math is right. Turn is $5.69. Fish aren't paying much attention to your raise size, so get your money in there in a hurry when you know you're ahead.

3) You are toast on the river when he donks big. New players often tailor their bet size based on how confident they are in their hand. Small bets = I'm unsure if my hand is good. Big bets = I'm confident my hand is good. When a fish is confident on that river, he has a bigger flush than you.

I don't like your limp pre, 65s is a few hand to raise with position against one bad limper.

Flop raise is alright.

Turn raise needs to be much much larger, like $3.85ish. At this point it is pretty obvious he has a weak pair or is drawing and you don't want to see a heart on the river with your 6 high flush.

River is an easy fold tbh, if it was half pot or less I may crying call here but with this bet size you are almost always beat.
