I personally c/f the turn, because its a dry board what is he called with besides a king?

Insta fold river, he almost certainly has AK

There are a few lines I like to take with my strong underpairs.

Bet/fold flop, check/call turn:
I like this when I'm up against a villain whos very loose or likes to float wide.

Check/call flop:
If villains bets we call and probably fold to another barrel. If villains checks we either value bet the turn or check/call again looking for another bluff. Which of these I choose depends on whether I can safely see most river cards and how loose villain is (could we get two streets of value). I never take this option vs regs, we need someone passive who doesnt hand read, a good reg will see your hand for what it is and barrel the crap out of you.

bet/fold flop, check/fold turn:
I do this vs nits or anyone who cant have worse by the turn. High FCB stats make me take this line although check/calling flop is the better option if villain can't hand read and we know whether he is capable of double barrelling the turn and river, anyone whos going to make us play a guessing game on further streets and has a high FCB needs this line.
