You should have a pretty solid read on how villain plays postflop after he's played 7 hands postflop. Generally 2 NLO plays very weak-tight, so they typically have it in spots like this. But the leaks are so big at this level, you should be able to tell pretty quickly if they're capable of stacking worse than the nut flush on this board.
What's up with the turn min-raise? You can get a set to pay way more.
