Raise pre. Bet flop if you raise pre, 75% pot +/- depending on reads/villain.
As played, this flop is pretty dry. We are only targeting overpairs and FDs, with some occasional SDs. This is only a small portion of the dude's range. I wouldn't mind just check calling, and reassess on the turn. Check calling keeps the dude barreling with over cards, and other stuff, allows him to catch up, maybe make it to "pair status", and continue to build a pot when he is behind.

( HAND 2 )IN ZOOM 2nl MOST/MANY RAISE to 5.5BB , 7BB TO PROTECT IT FROM TRASH/DONKS , IS THIS THE RIGHT WAY ?

Way too big of a raise IMO. We want value. Such a waste of bullets. Generally, we should find a raise size that gets 1 or 2 callers, and raise that amount, with whatever hands we are opening. Be it AA, or 6-7s on the BTN, we raise the same, but that amount should be determined by table dynamics.
Raise like 4x here. If you get 6 callers, bump it to 5X, if you get 6 callers still, next time 6x. If 6x folds everyone out, make it 5.5x. As you play on the table you should be searching for that sweet spot, that raise size that's just right. It does change too as the game changes, so pay attention, and adjust if need be.

This is a common spot you will find. This particular flop, the V could have an ace, he could also have Ad-Xd. Cbet really doesn't accomplish very much. There is value to be had, but we gotta get it the hard way. Our only shot is to check, and allow villain to bluff. He may bet hands that we beat, but he isn't likely to call with them.
The reasons we bet are for value, for protection, and as a bluff. Information is a by-product of betting, but is never supposed to be the reason we bet.
If we bet this flop, and dude calls, what do we know when we're OOP? Not much. All we know is we hate the board. If he folds, we get no value, and the bet is pointless. We could potentially get some value by check calling here. If we bet and get called it is a dicey spot.
And if you bet, this 6 cents is just lol. Just check call. Reassess the turn. If V is just blasting away on the turn also, maybe we need to give this one up. Catching my drift? Smelling what I'm stepping in?

( HAND 4 ) I USUALLY CALL UP TO 3BB FOR PP (33-1010) , MOST 4BB IF THEY CALL THREE-FOUR V , I CALL UP TO 5 BB IF IT'S 1010-99 WITH TWO V , NEVER MORE , IS THIS A GOOD STRATEGY/STACK PROTECTION ?

Dude. Once again, raise this pre. You are in MP2, and you have a pretty good hand. See raise size suggestions above in AA hand. We take the initiative, and we can often cbet bluff post and win, because our opponents don't know what we have.
As played, maybe some fish just hero calls you with overs or a FD, but this is a foolish bet here. If you are tilted, you better get control of that shit. Tilt destroys bankrolls. Period. Don't tilt.
Read "The Mental Game of Poker" by Jared Tendler.
The way you played the hand, you can check raise here, but not so big. Maybe about 50 cents. If the guy ships or whatever, we need to make a decision based on reads/villain tendencies. It's not a good spot if he spazzes and jams, but if we make a good read and snap him off and he has overcards, that would be cool.
The hand will be easier to play if we just raise pre, and cbet. But this jam on the flop is just asking to be punished. Do you think he folds 10-10+? Do you think he folds Ac-Qc? These are hands that have equity, especially overpairs. Even the Ac-Qc is a favorite on this flop I think. You are risking way more than you have to here, and you are folding out so many of Vs hands here it's just lol bad. We want value. We don't want to be blowing people out of pots when there's value to be had.
