Yeah, I would've undoubtedly folded on the flop if not sooner. I guess in these types of hands you have to ask yourself... what would they really be playing with?

If you don't have outs or specific notes then just fold without that much thinking. I would not 3barrel here, because after I realize my error of raising I would just give up. Well raising is not really a error against many players who donk, but you kinda have to note them (or have outs). Now as played only way to win is fire again so I personally would 3barrel, because small donk is quite often a draw hand.

What nuts could villain have with flop min bet?
Based his lack of a 3 bet, 2 pair maybe? Check call on flop AND check on river, its a real hard trap he's setting if he has a good hand...
I'd bet half pot or so on river and fold to a raise.

re: Poker & $2 NLHE Full Ring: Should I triple barrel ?
Min-bet on flop could be a draw or slow play.
What hands make this min bet?
AA-QQ and 88 AJ KQ JT J9 T9 Kx Qx 8x
I probably raise the min bet hoping to fold out some of villains weaker hands, but once they call I am done with the hand.
3s turn is a brick.
Td river completes the str8t draw.
Never firing another barrel here.
Check back the turn, fold to a river bet.or
Check back turn, Check back river.

I wouldn't have single barreled or double barreled.
