Preflop: You can 4bet preflop or call as played.

Postflop: I think the river is a bit too thin and perhaps better to check-call this one. Maybe you can some values from JJ but I don't see any worse hand going to call that size. Instead, villain could bluff some of his AK,AJ combos or underpairs on the river.

On the turn you should betting, since many color combinations for the villain failed. On the river the check is better, being out of position it is better to reduce your range at this time and board paired .
You should remember that in the preflop he made you a 3bet, which should make us think that after his subsequent bet, he may finally have a very strong hand on the river.
That is why it is this point you should think about defending your hand and avoiding another increase.
Regards.

Against Vil stats I would say this is a 4Bet or fold.... I dont think I'm ever flatting here.... this Vil is so spewy I'm getting value while I have it.... the only question is am I gonna 4bet jam to get a weak A to fold, or am I gonna 4bet thin, and fold to a 5bet?

They are so wide as a 41/36 I have to believe I'm ahead of thier 3bet range here.... plus they have position. Rarely is it profitable to flat OOP. Exspecially if they are CBetting a proper amount. You just flat, check fold to a bet so often it makes it a EV- situation.... in spasific situation we just ran into it, and the end resualt would have been the same regardless if we 4Bet or Jammed, assuming they called.

I am not thrilled about 4-betting preflop, and I like to point out, that our sample is only 21 hands, plus we are playing 5-handed. So while this guy appear to be a bit of a maniac, its still absolutely possible, he has just been running card hot. Especially at 6-max its one of the biggest potential leaks to start over adjusting to perceived "maniacs", when we still only have a very small sample.

So to me everything in this hand is fine other than the river bet. As someone said already, this is a bit to thin. We are hoping to get called by what, like QJs or even JJ? Its not very many hands, and there is more value to be had from letting him bluff, especially if he actually is a bit of a maniac. And if it goes check-check, and we win against Ad5d, that is totally fine as well. We dont need this pot to be even bigger, when we have a hand like this, that might be good but is nowhere near the nuts.

I'd check call the river. Also weird that the villain played his hand like that he should get your stack in that hand

Opponent is bad- he didn't get nearly enough value out of his hand.

KQs is ok to call pre, esp. if you think this guy is 3betting wide (which he is). 4-betting on occassion is ok, but I think that calling allows us to stay ahead of his range. We'd have to fold to a 5-bet.

Flop is polarizing. He's either betting for value with a traditional 3 bet range or as some kind of bluff/semi-bluff. Call here. Our strategy should be to let our opponent hang himself.

Check turn, he checks behind, so this looks good. River I would also check, maybe he'll take a stab with a low pair (pocket 8s, 9s...) and you can call

21 hands is a nothing sample so i would just be folding KQs from early positions when were oop without further info.Although 4betting as a bluff isn't a bad option either imo as someone else also pointed out.
